JOLYN Shipping Policy

When will my order ship? 

Your suits will (usually) ship out within 2 business days of the order date. Orders placed on Friday or the weekend will ship out the following Monday.  This includes all shipping types (even expedited).

• Shipping times and arrival dates will vary based on the destination

 What shipping company do you use?

• We use USPS as our primary source for standard shipping so PO Boxes are good to go

• Expedited 2-day shipping is UPS

 Where can my order be shipped? Do you ship internationally?

• All of our products can be shipped within the US and Canada. If you live in Europe, go here. If you live in Australia/NZ, go here. And if you live in Japan, you can email japan@jolynclothing.com

• Heads up! All international orders shipping to Canada may be subject to taxes and duties. These taxes are charged on delivery by the local officials and are separate from any shipping fees you pay at checkout

• Orders shipping to Canada may take up to 2 weeks due to customs

 How does shipping work around business days and Holidays?

• Orders go out Monday through Friday. We are closed on the weekends and packages do not ship from our warehouse on the following holidays:

Will I get a tracking number?

• Sure thing! Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number

 Pricing

• We try to keep our shipping costs super reasonable.  We're in the business of narwhals and mermaids, not in the business of shipping.  So we don't make any money on shipping.

• Everyone gets regular FREE SHIPPING, if you spend $75. That's like a printed Dayno and two sticker packs.

• Even when you don't spend $75, you actually pay less for USPS than it costs us.  In seven years of designing/dreaming up swimwear, we have only increased our shipping $2.  For comparison, the Post Office has increased rates 6 times.  If you liked it then you shoulda put a stamp on it...

• UPS gives us a discount because we send so much stuff.  When you choose 2-day expedited shipping, we show you exactly what UPS charges us, and you pay that amount.  And you get to take advantage of our homie discount!
