Right now, you should expect about a delay from when you place your order to when you receive it. Why? We ensure that our order fulfillment staff are able to socially distance for their safety (and yours). This means that orders are taking a little longer to make, pick and pack. Then shipping is taking a little longer as well, as many delivery companies are also facing similar restrictions and higher order volumes.
Please note, we ship via UPS so tracking numbers can be searched at the UPS website.

We apologize, but once orders have been placed, they cannot be changed or added to, due to our outsourced shipping facility's rules.
JOLYN is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order! We DO NOT guarantee that any changes can be made after an order has been placed no matter how quickly we are contacted.
A moose, eh? Two notes for our friends north of the border:
1) Customs. When you buy on our website and deliver to an address in Canada, the package goes through customs. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes it takes a couple weeks. And it's hard to predict, so we kind of just have to keep our fingers crossed.
2) COD. Depending on where you live in Canada, the delivery service may charge you an additional delivery fee when they deliver your JOLYNs. This fee is charged by customs, and doesn't go to JOLYN. It can be a few dollars up to about 25 CAD (ouch!).
If you need a suit ASAP, your best bet is to visit Team Aquatics Supplies (in BC, AB, or ON), or a trunk show hosted by Joelle in Quebec. They can give you the suit immediately, and you know the exact amount you're paying -- no shipping or customs surprises.
