JOLYN's Response To COVID-19
To Our JOLYN Family,
During this unprecedented time when the world seems upside down, we are beyond grateful for your continued love and support. While we all weather this storm, we are working hard to keep bringing you the high quality products that we love to make, and to put a smile on your face by connecting through our social media (@jolynclothing) and email newsletters.
It’s our hope that JOLYN can be a source of lighthearted fun, hope, and friendship - a reminder that #wewillswimagain.
In the meantime, here are the steps that we are taking to keep our employees and shipping processes safe.
Enhanced Health Measures & Shipping Delays:
We have implemented enhanced health and safety measures to ensure the protection of our teams in our distribution centers, and we are grateful to them for their work and dedication. Our shipping team has been very proactive in keeping up to date with information provided by the CDC, Osha, and the California Labor Department. Precautions we are taking include asking our shipping staff to follow all recommended safety measures, wearing masks, providing extra hand sanitizing stations, sharing best practice health recommendations, and asking them to stay home if they feel unwell or have been exposed to anyone who may have contracted the virus. We intend to support our staff in every way possible during this challenging time.
Right now, you should expect about a delay from when you place your order to when you receive it. Why? We ensure that our order fulfillment staff are able to socially distance for their safety (and yours). This means that orders are taking a little longer to make, pick and pack. Then shipping is taking a little longer as well, as many delivery companies are also facing similar restrictions and higher order volumes.
Store Closures + Updated Return Policy:
Our brick-and-mortar store in Huntington Beach is closed temporarily and we will notify our customers as the situation evolves.
In light of our closure, we have extended our return policy for all in-store orders starting March 1st to be eligible for return within one month of the store reopening.
Extended Online Returns:
During this time, we realize that it may take you a bit longer to return items. Therefore, we have extended our return policy to 60 days for refunds and 75 days for store credit. We also offer printable USPS shipping labels so you don’t have to leave your house to send back your items.
We will continue to actively monitor this rapidly evolving situation and keep you updated as circumstances develop.
