    JOLYNSIDER REWARDS is our way of saying thank you for being amazing customers. You’ll earn points for activities and you can use them to earn special rewards - so the more points you collect the more benefits you have access to!
  • Who can join?
    Anyone and everyone! All you have to do is create a customer account on our website and you'll be enrolled! If you already have a customer account, just log in and you'll be added as a JOLYNSIDER.
  • How do I earn points?
    There are many ways you can earn points! Some activities include placing an order and referring a friend. You'll also receive points per $1 spent depending on your tier!
  • How do I view my point balance?
    Your point balance is on every page in the top bar.
  • How do I redeem my points?
    You can redeem your points by clicking on the JOLYNSIDER Rewards tab on the bottom of our website and selecting the reward you'd like, or by adding rewards items to your cart at checkout. Points that are converted to discounts are not valid on items marked as "new". Note, points cannot be used on select promos.
  • Where can I use my points?
    Points can be used online only. At this time, points cannot be redeemed at pop-ups or any in person location. Points that are converted to discounts are not valid on items marked as "new". Points cannot be used on select promos.
  • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
    Nope! Earn as many as you'd like so you can join the highest tiers with exclusive rewards! Our JOLYNPIAN members (the highest tier) unlock the most rewards and receive free standard shipping on all orders.
    Please note that there are varying time limitations set upon non-purchase based point activities. For instance, visiting the site can only earn points once a month, to avoid abuse of the point earning system.
  • What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'canceled' statuses mean?
    Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
    Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Purchase and referral points require 30 days to approve.
    Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase.
  • What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
    Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.
  • Why did my account balance go down?
    You, or someone you referred, canceled, or returned a purchase.
  • I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
    It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
    Please note that there are also varying time limitations set upon non-purchase based point activities.
  • Can I use my points during checkout?
    Yep! Just select the reward item(s) you'd like to cash your points in for and add them to your cart. Redeeming rewards requires regular merchandise purchase. Points that are converted to discounts are not valid on items marked as "new".
  • Do my points expire?
    Points expire 12 months after earning them and are non-transferable.
  • How do I leave the program?
    If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
  • What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
    Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
