Standard Shipping: Standard shipping takes about 5 - 7 business days.
We are closed on the weekends & holidays.
We apologize, but once orders have been placed, they cannot be changed, due to our outsourced shipping facility's rules.
JOLYN is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order! We DO NOT guarantee that any changes can be made after an order has been placed no matter how quickly we are contacted.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We’re excited to ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Here are a few important things to know before placing your order:
1) Shipping Time: Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Standard international shipping takes approximately 12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select. The estimated transit time will be shown at checkout.
2) Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout. After your order is fulfilled, refunds aren't provided for duties, customs fees, or VAT.
3) Customs Clearance: All international shipments must clear customs. Sometimes this process is quick, other times it can take longer—unfortunately, it’s unpredictable and outside our control.
4) COD: Depending on where you live in Canada, the delivery service may charge you an additional delivery fee when they deliver your JOLYNs. This fee is charged by customs, and doesn't go to JOLYN.
